IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION
Order Minimums for pack are between 4 and 5 cartons per state and kegs are 2 to 3 to avoid freight charges (except WA & TAS). All orders below this will have freight applied.

1. FIRM SALE – All orders entered and submitted are 100% firm sale. We do not return stock unless stock is faulty and tested by our team.
2. DELIVERY CHARGES – apply to all orders below minimums or for outer metro and country areas.
3. WHEN ARE DISCOUNTS APPLIED? – Some at time of checkout, others when we process your order.
4. HOLDING STOCK – Available stock can be held for maximum 2 weeks. No discounts available for any orders held for more than 3 weeks.
5. MULTIPLE ORDERS – If you wish to get fresh stock, please submit each order separately that you wish to receive. Please note release dates and do not combine releases more than 2 weeks apart. This ensures you get your product FRESH.
6. LATE PAYMENT – For any account that is behind on payment, all deals and discounts will be removed from orders and late payment fees will be added.
